A talented family of bakers took over an existing coffee shop and hired us to transform it to reflect their new brand, a new cafe that would feel as fresh and inviting as their daily house-baked goods. They tasked us to create a space with a warm and bright atmosphere where the local community could come sit over coffee and enjoy their sweet and savory creations.

The design reorganized the space to position the service counter front and center while creating visual separation with the kitchen with a partial-height wall, leaving the top open to allow the high ceiling space to be fully appreciated. As patrons walk in, they are immediately met by friendly staff and by the displays of pastries and cakes in the custom glass cases.

Along the perimeter, various types of seating such as high tops, tables, and banquettes provide multiple seating options for guests. Since the opening, the space has become a gathering place for the community, hosting events from local churches, dance studios, and charity groups.
